Pregnancy is the best thing which you can enjoy with lots joyous rides. Many women, especially the first timers, tend to make a few mistakes due to ignorance or lack of experienced guidance. Not Enough Sleep at Night

Having too much caffeine intake-

Humans easily get addicted to the caffeine products. Cut down on your that habit when your baby is inside your stomach. Instead, switch to the healthy alternatives like lemon tea or green tea. You need to stop having tea, chocolates, and other energy drinks. A high amount of caffeine could increase the chances of miscarriage. You should also avoid drinks like iced tea, diet soda, alcohol and soft drinks.

Though it is very difficult to avoid pollution altogether, exposure can be controlled by taking certain precautions. For example, it is possible to avoid/limit exposure to harmful chemicals in everyday-products (soap), and fungicides, fertilizers, pesticides. Other factors including smoking, drinking, and drug abuse adversely affects fertility/chances of conceiving and are best avoided completely.

Skipping meals-

Pregnant women should remember that skipping meal can be very dangerous to their health and to their baby also. It is very important to have small meals at least 3 to 5 times throughout the day. The food must be rich with proteins.

Not drinking enough water can take a toll on your health-

If you do not drink sufficient water, it can be the reason for causing complication in your pregnancy. It also affects your health which you can’t afford to have. It is advisable to drink lots of water in your pregnancy.

Avoid all unpasteurized milk products-

The food you eat can be harmful or can also be helpful in hindering the baby’s development. You will have to cut down on all milk product sources. Avoid unpasteurized cheese. If you are a big fan of Mcflurry and McDonalds’ ice cream, then you need to avoid this in your pregnancy period completely. These ice creams and shakes are made from unpasteurized milk sources. It is also dangerous to consume raw milk. These all products contain harmful bacteria like listeria, cryptosporidium, salmonella, etc.
